I'm not too thrilled with how this came out, but it got the job done. That job being showing that despite the extra civility, the process is still stupid and chaotic. Yup.

I don't think these ghosts have the proper mindset to really explain their scorn, and even if they did, I doubt that Eleanor would care much. I'm sure Ananda already realizes this. And I know you're not going to want to hear this, trust me, it's not always easy to point it out, but when it continues happening then it has to be brought up.

Eleanor's hand in the middle panel has the same problem with the thumb, the same is true for Ananda's hand in the last panel. And I believe you were aiming for Eleanor to put up her index finger and not the "ring finger" (the one closest to her pinky). The reason why people put up their index finger is because it's significantly easier than lifting the digit next to your pinky (mainly because that digit is slightly responds significantly to the pinky, making it hard to pull up that finger if the pinky is closed against the palm. Although I'm not sure if its the muscles or simply the connective tissues). Again the thumbs should definitely be placed on the opposing side of the hand.

When it comes to your faces, they're still as lively as ever! The mischievous smile on Eleanor's face and that look of utter annoyance on Ananda is simply to well drawn to ignore. And it's impressive, because you've managed to bring out those attitudes and moods with hardly any lines. Believe it or not, that's a skill, mainly because you can do so much with so little. In the end that makes your technique a huge time-saver and very efficient, something that suits the work environment well.
